WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT YOU DID THE MOST

Everyday is a struggle.

Not everything will be perfect or work according to your plan.

There will always be mishaps along the way.

But what matters is what you try to keep doing consistently everyday.

What is one (1) day of missing exercise? That doesn’t negate the other 29 days you’ve worked hard for the entire month.

Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Accept the fact that there will be days you will fail.

And failing is okay.

Get back up on track again.

Because at the end of it all, what matters is what you did the most.
